Our customers are engineers, and they want to talk to one. Solutions engineers turn a request for capacity into a cluster plan, a migration path and a date for the first job.
About the role
You will work from our headquarters in Tromsø, alongside sales and the platform team, with regular trips to Narvik for hall visits. You will own the technical side of every new customer from first call to go-live.
What you'll do
Scope GPU, storage and network needs with customers' ML and infrastructure teams.
Write clear proposals and migration plans, including timelines and risks.
Run proofs of concept and benchmark customer workloads on our hardware.
Host hall visits in Narvik and answer the hard questions on site.
Feed what customers ask for back into the product and platform roadmap.
What you'll bring
Four or more years in a technical role close to customers, such as solutions, support or consulting.
Hands-on experience with ML training or inference infrastructure.
The ability to explain trade-offs clearly, in writing and in person.
Comfort with Linux, containers and at least one scheduler.
Fluent English; a Nordic language or German is a plus.
