About the role
You will join a small commercial team in Tromsø and own new business across Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Every deal is a partnership with a solutions engineer, and every customer is invited to see the hall before they sign.
What you'll do
Build and run a pipeline of AI companies, research institutions and public bodies.
Lead deals from first meeting to signed contract, including pricing and terms.
Work with solutions engineers on proposals and hall visits.
Represent Nordlys at Nordic AI and infrastructure events.
Keep a clear, honest forecast in the CRM.
What you'll bring
Four or more years selling infrastructure, cloud or data centre services.
A track record of closing multi-year contracts with technical buyers.
Curiosity about how GPUs, power and cooling shape a customer's costs.
Fluent English and at least one Nordic language.
Willingness to travel within the Nordics about one week a month.
